Splunk Add-on for Infrastructure provides index layer knowledge objects for The Splunk App for Infrastructure 2.2.2 and later. The Add-on should be installed on indexers that store data that is used by the Splunk App for Infrastructure. IMPORTANT: Splunk Add-on for Infrastructure 2.2.2 should only be used with Splunk App for Infrastructure 2.2.2. The Splunk Add-on for Infrastructure supported environments: - Splunk App for Infrastructure 2.2.2 - Splunk Enterprise 7.2.0 through 8.1.0 - Single and distributed environments
